In 1905, Albert Einstine published his Special Relativity which suggested that mass and energy are equal aspects of same thing . Each matter in this universe contains a certain huge amount of energy and energy in this universe is fixed which can neither be created or destroyed, it also predicted that speed of light should be same for every object in this universe regardless of their speed and position.The mass energy equivalence was also known as famous equation E=mc2 (e=energy,m=mass and c=speed of light) which included that nothing may travel beyond speed of light as well.Because of the equivalence of energy and mass the energy an object has due to its motion will all up to its mass which makes it harder to increase its speed.As a object approaches speed of light its mass rises ever more quickly so it need more and more energy to speed it up further, it can in fact never reach to speed of light because by then its mass would have become infinite due to mass energy equivalence it would have taken infinite amount of energy to get it there .For this reason normal objects are forever confined by relativity to move the slower speed than light .Only light and other waves which don`t have any intrinsic mass can travel at such speed.
2.Einstine kept working modifying his theory after special relativity with his tremendous effort and predicted that space and time are laid in an space rubber like elastic fabric called space time .e.g if we put an object in a rubber fabric it bends just like it in space time, that fabric bends with presence of mass like galaxies , stars and planets. Since the mass causes curvature in space as mentioned before it creates a attraction force which we call gravity , it depends on the amount of mass and distance between two bodies .It suggested that space has four dimensions in which time is one and it can also enable time travel through cosmic holes which will be mentioned in further blogs and later this idea also led to the basic description of universe (its begining and end) time (forever or will end) , existence of God which will be discussed in my upcoming blogs so, stay tuned
